Your order, back in your inbox
Your order page is where you pick or move your install date, send us the four survey photos, and approve where the unit goes. Everything after the payment happens there. There is no account and no password — the link in your confirmation email is the way in. If that email has gone missing, this sends it again. It only ever goes to the address the order was placed with. That is deliberate: it means nobody else can ask for it.
- No account needed
- Sent in seconds
- Only to your address
Three reasons, in the order they're usually true
It's in spam
Far and away the most common one. Search your mail for “Duneair” rather than scrolling — the confirmation and this link both come from the same address.
A different email address
A work address, or a partner's. We can only send to the address the order was placed with, so if you're not sure which you used, the contact form is faster than guessing.
A typo in the box above
We say the same thing whether or not we found an order — otherwise anyone could use this page to check whether you're a customer. So a mistyped address looks exactly like a successful send.
Then there's nothing to find — but there is a price
If you have been through the quote flow but not paid, no order exists yet. The price you were shown doesn't expire and nothing was reserved.
Still stuck, or ordered under an address you can’t access? The contact form reaches a person, and we answer within one working day.
