Ask us something specific
The more specific the better. “Will a 3.5kW unit cope with a 4m by 5m loft conversion with two roof windows” is a question we can answer properly. “How much is air conditioning” we’ve already answered on the pricing page. We’ll tell you if your property is awkward, if you don’t qualify for the grant, or if what you actually need is a different product altogether. That happens often enough to be worth asking first.

There may be a faster answer
Three of the four things people write to us about are already answered somewhere on the site, and reading it takes less time than waiting for us.
You want a price
Seven questions about the room gets you an indicative band immediately, with no email address and no phone number required.
Get a priceYou want to know if you need permission
Usually not — but the rules changed in May 2025 and again in May 2026, and most of what's published about them is out of date.
Read the guideYou want to know what it costs to run
Real figures for cooling in July and heating in January, including the point at which it stops being cheaper than a plug-in heater.
Read the guideWhy there's no phone number on this page
Because there's nobody to answer it yet, and a number that rings out is worse than no number at all.
We’re early. Rather than route you to a voicemail or an answering service reading from a script, we’ve left it off until there’s someone on the end of it during the hours we’d be claiming. The form above reaches the people who can actually answer, and if a question needs a conversation we’ll ask for your number and ring you.
If you already have an order in progress, the engineer assigned to your job and the person who surveyed it are both named in your confirmation email, with direct contact details for each. That didn’t seem worth making you go through a switchboard for.
Installers who want to work with us should use the form and pick “working with us as an installer” — it goes to a different place and gets a different reply. How the engineer network works is written up here.
Or just get the number
If what you actually want is a price for a specific room, the quote flow will beat us to it.
Buy a system outright and the survey is included in the price. Book one on its own and it's £95, refunded in full against the order.
